My art is my life. He states, "I allows the painting to guide me, taking on a life of its own..." Joe Triano's art education began when he was 12 and was given a monograph book chronicling the life of Vincent van Gogh; it opened his eyes to a world of color. He later studied under artists Taylor Oughton and Vernon Wood. Joe's passion lies in Native American art and he states that it chose him, he didn't choose it. He was compelled to tell their story.
